Teriyaki Salmon with Spaghetti

Salmon soaked in spicy Asian flavors accompanies classic noodles.

  1. Grate the ginger root, roughly chop the parsley, thinly slice the green tops of the spring onion
  2. Mix the soy sauce, dry sherry, honey, sugar, grated ginger in a bowl
  3. Add olive oil to the bottom of a baking dish, add the Salmon fillets, and pour the 2/3 sauce mixture over top of the salmon, lay tarragon leaves around the Salmon, and bake
  4. Boil well-salted water, once boiling add the pasta and let it cook for about 8-12 minutes or until tender, drain the pasta
  5. Pour the remaining 1/3 sauce mixture over the pasta, and on sprinkle the parsley and green onion slices

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1 ginger root
  • 200g of noodles
  • 1 glass of soy sauce
  • 1 glass of dry sherry
  • honey
  • oil
  • tarragon
  • fresh parsley
  • sugar
  • 4 oz spaghetti
