Salmon Basil Alfredo Protein Pasta

Pescanova partnered with Cooking with Baddie for her recipe creation of this creamy, comforting dish that’s spicing up traditional Alfredo. It’s bursting with flavor from rich, creole-seasoned salmon bites on top of our protein pasta that’s coated in a velvety, tomato Alfredo sauce.

  1. Wash and pat dry your salmon and cut into bite size pieces. Season with garlic butter salt, smoked paprika and creole seasoning.
  2. Add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil to a pan on medium high heat. Cook your salmon for 3-5 minutes on both sides and set aside.
  3. To the same pan add in a 1/2 stick of butter, 1 tbsp of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add 2 cups of heavy cream, 3 tbsp of tomato paste and stir until smooth.
  5. Add in a 1/2 cup of Italian cheese and stir until smooth
  6. Add your Pescanova Protein Pasta to your sauce, heat until pasta is warmed through, and top it with your salmon
  7. Serve and Enjoy!

  • 1 lb salmon cut into bite-size pieces 
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste 
  • 2 cups heavy cream 
  • 1/2 cup of Italian cheese 
  • Garlic butter salt 
  • Creole seasoning 
  • Smoked paprika 
  • Olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 
  • 1/2 stick of butter
