Garlic & Parmesan Protein Pasta with Grilled Shrimp

We love a good scampi, and this recipe is no exception! We’ve coated our protein pasta with a cheesy, garlicky sauce and paired it with delicious grilled shrimp.

    1. To prepare sauce, heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add shallots and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
    2. Add grilled shrimp and Pescanova® Protein Sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
    3. Add Chardonnay, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and herbs. Toss until all is hot.
    4. Add Parmesan cheese and butter. Continue to stir until cheese and butter are melted.
    5. Optional: Serve with Grilled or toasted baguette bread for dipping!
