Make dinner quick and easy with our Tomato & Garlic Branzino. Simply pull our pre-sauced Mediterranean Sea Bass, and just pop it in the oven. Pair it with savory, tomato beans and crisp zucchini for an easy, tasty side.

  1. Mince the onion and red chili pepper, chop the oregano and parsley, slice the garlic, small dice the celery and carrot
  2. Cut the zuchinni into half, and then cut into quarter spears
  3. Saute the garlic, onion, celery, carrot and chili pepper in a large skillet until softened, then deglaze with the white wine until liquid is reduce by half
  4. Add canned tomatoes to the pan and crush with your spoon while cooking
  5. Add beans to the pan until warmed
  6. Bake the Tomato & Garlic Branzino fillets on a baking sheet in the oven at 350°F for 18 minutes of until internal temperature reaches 145°F
  7. Saute the zuchinni spears in a pan with olive oil, season with salt and pepper as desired

4 Tomato & Garlic Branzino fillets
4 garlic cloves, sliced
3 tbsp white onion, minced
3 tbsp celery, small diced
2 tbsp carrot, small diced
1 tsp red chili pepper, minced
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 can of cooked white beans
1 tsp red chili flakes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup white wine
1 zucchini
