Garlic Herb Olive Oil Protein Pasta

This indulgent pasta dish is simple, yet rich featuring all the basic ingredients that pair well with pasta. We’ve coated our Protein Pasta made from Wild Alaska Pollock in a garlic olive oil sauce with tomato, basil and parsley for a quick and satisfying dish.

  1. Toast panko breadcrumbs in oven at 350F for 5 minutes or until golden brown, set aside to cool
  2. Grate the Parmesan cheese
  3. Mince the parsley, basil, garlic
  4. Small dice the tomato
  5. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to pan, once the oil is warm add the minced garlic, and saute for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until fragrant
  6. Combine the toasted breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese
  7. Combine the remaining olive oil with the minced parsley, basil, diced tomato, and sauteed garlic
  8. Heat the Protein Pasta per package instructions
  9. Coat the Protein Pasta with the olive oil mixture, add as much cracked black pepper and red pepper flakes as you desire, and top with the panko Parmesan mixture

  • 1 package (9oz) Pescanova Protein Pasta made from Wild Alaska Pollock
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes, small dice
  • 1 tbsp garlic, sauteed and minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, minced
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
