Mahi Mahi Microwavable Tray with Citrus Herb Sauce

Cooking Instruction:

  • Microwave Ready: Microwave (1000 Watts) Instruction:
    • Do not remove film from tray
    • Do not vent
    • Cooking times may vary
    • Microwave on Defrost for 4 minutes then…
    • Microwave on High for 4-5 minutes
    • Carefully remove film and serve
    • Drizzle filets with remaining sauce
  • Flat Pan Ready: Stove Top Instructions:
    • Pierce film with fork 3-4 times
    • Thaw in package overnight in refrigerator
    • Remove filets from packaging before cooking
    • Preheat stove top to medium-high
    • Place thawed filets on a pan and cook on each side for 6-7 minutes or until done
    • Remove from pan and serve
