Baked Salmon with Lemon & Herbs

INGREDIENTS
1 Lb Pescanova Salmon Portions; 1 bunch fresh herb of choice (thyme, rosemary, majoram, tarragon); 2 large lemons (peeled) and sliced into slices; 1 clove of fresh garlic; salt to taste.

DIRECTIONS
Place the fish on a baking tray. Stuff herbs, salt and garlic crushed in the portions and place a lemon slice on each piece. Bake the fish in a preheat 350 degree oven until it is cooked to desired level.
